Set Up
Make a 20x20 area and give each player a ball.
Instructions
Each player dribbles around the area using their laces only. Skill moves to include toe taps, foundations and a pull back turn.
Progression 1- dribble around going inside,outside
Progression 2- dribble around going laces, inside, outside
Progression 3- dribble around going outside, outside, inside
Progression 4- dribble around inside, inside, outside
Coaching Points
Use the part of the foot being asked for by the coach to improve ball mastery.

Set Up
Make a 20x20 area with 3 goals along 1 side and 1 goal on the opposite side. Split the players into 2 groups and have all of the balls with the defending team.
Instructions
The defender passes the ball to the attacker. After they control the ball the defender can then close the ball down. The attacker can score in any of the 3 goals, if the defender wins the ball then they attack the single goal.
Progression 1- add in points. 3 points for scoring in the middle goal, 1 point for each of the outside goals.
Coaching Points
Run at space.
Use quick changes of direction to beat the defender.

Foxes and Rabbits (10 mins)
Set Up
Make a 20x20 area. Give each player a pinnie and have them put put it into their shorts as a tail.
Instructions
The players will spread out within the area and the coach will start as the fox. On the command of "GO" the players (rabbits) will run away from the coach (fox). If the rabbits lose thier pinnie tail they are out and stand on the outside of the area.
Progression 1- add in the balls so that the players have to dribble around whilst still trying to stay away from the fox.
Allow all of the players be the fox.

Small touches to keep the ball close and under control.
Get your head up and look for space and the defender (fox).
