Organization:
-35x35 area / 4 small squares at the corners
2 teams, 4vs4 to 6v6
-2 teams play inside area
-1 Ball
Instructions:
2 teams play inside the area, no restrictions. The objective pass the ball into your teammate in one of the squares.
Once you pass to your teammate in the box(players MUST recieve the ball in the box. ,NOT dribble into it). Everytime you pass to a player in the square it is 1 point.
If possession is lost roles are reversed.
Coaching Points:
-Movement with and without the ball to create space (eyes to find corners)
-communication by the players inside
-playing 1-2s
-decision making
-once possession is lost quick transitions to defend

Set Up: Quarter field at Pine Glen. Balls along the outside.
6v6 or 7v7.
Players: 2 teams of 6 or 7 players. 1 goalkeeper for each team.
Description: Play 6v6 (including GK) - All regular rules apply, including retreat line. Team that scores stays and quickly attacks the other way (after scoring).
Key Factors:
All coaching points from the session - focus on compactness and balance. Look for players to get in behind the ball and make the right decision as to when to press and when not to press. Ensure the defending team is not allowing penetrating passes to go through and have good overall shape.
