Setup: red tries to combine 6 passes for a point. White look to regain possession and dribble out of the zone for a point. Reds can stop them. Short bouts, high intensity.
Progression: Add touch limitation
Adjustment: Add defender if too easy for red/hard for white
CPs: play out of pressure, lead foot, passing technique, communication, movement off ball, triangulation, quick reaction for transition, body positioning

Setup: 6v3+GK. Whites look to combine 3 passes before playing through a gate. Reds can counter any time and score on goal.

Progression: add an extra red (10)
CPs: don't force the ball, reset if needed, possession with a purpose, communication, movement off ball, body positioning, triangulation, depth/width, involve GK, if regaining ball - first pass to secure is most important
