ACCELERATE AFTER FINAL CHOP TO GET AWAY FROM "DEFENDER" (CONE)

STOP THE BALL WITH SOLE OF FOOT TO TRANSFER BALL TO NEXT PLAYER WAITING IN LINE

1v1, 2v1, 2v2 (18-20 minutes)
Exercise A (3 minutes x 2): Dribble out of corner, do move before flat disc pad, pass to 1st player in line at red gate, defend 1v1, reds score in big goal, blue steals & scores in counter goals.
Swap red and blue lines after a few minutes of exercise A so both teams attack & defend.
Rotate GKs every couple minutes.
Exercise B (3 minutes x 2): Dribble out of corner, do move before flat disc pad, pass to 1st player in line at red gate, defend 1v2, reds score in big goal, blue steals & scores in counter goals.
