Grid of about 8x20 with endzones for scoring
(A)
Players on opposite sides. Passing Group (Blue) will be the defeniding group as they pass it out and Step to pree, force, makeplay predictable, Quick out, slower steps in tight, physical, etc
1v1 defending principles
If the attacker can dribblin in and behind under control (end-zone) for a point.
If the defender wins possession, they can immediately counter with a forward pass into the opposite side target (1-point) or dribble into opposite end-zone (2-points)
(B)
Players again, on opposite sides, but slight change with the attacking group.
The 1v1 Atacker will go to the opposite side (closer) to the defending group, and then show into the middle zone to receive a pass from their teammate. Once the attacker checks/moves, the defender should get immediate pressure and get tight on their back to deny the turn, deny penetration, and add strong, positive pressure from behind.

Players play 2v2 style game with transition (Press vs Hold) moments.
Like Flying Changes
15-20 yards wide by 20+ yards long dependant on ability.
Players not on will wait between gates/goals as they will joing the play when a goal is scored against their team. The team that scored stays on and continues to play. Players should work on defensive shape and 2nd defender pronciples. (Cover, Support, Deny, etc...)
The group of players not on should stay engaged and focused as play changes quickly and there should be a good intensity/tempo to the game. They should also be communicating with those on the field like the back line discusses with the lines in front.
