Passing Box
Organization:
Instructions:
- Players will pass to their partner without hitting any cone to get a point.
- If their ball hits a cone they will go back to 0. also if they hit any other ball that will be on their way.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Players passing technique.
Regressions/Progressions:
P:Players will then have to move to a different side after they pass.
R: Less cones.

Passing Zone
Organization:
-2 teams
-3 boxes
Instructions:
- Team will have to pass to a player at any of the end zones to score a point.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Opening up to the end zones when we have the ball.
- Closing in when we lose the ball.
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: Designated zone for each team.
- R: only certain amount of defenders in the end zones.

Game of 3 gates (25 mins)
Organization:
- 30x30 box with 6 gates inside, 3 for each team.
Instructions:
- players have to dribble through the gates to get a point.
Coaching Points:
- how players look to change direction from one gate to another if pressure is on.
- spreading out the field so all gates could be used.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Pass to another teammate across the gate
- 1-touch finish
