Dribbling Zig Zag- running at speed (10 mins)
Ball carrying- change of direction at speed
Focus on speed of carry! Eliminate at pace.
Part 1- complete as quick as possible
Progression 2- can only run using Forehand
Progression 3- Each change of direction become a hard cut/ drag across the body or 2 way drag (Fake left but move right)

Carrying Chann (10 mins)
Focus- ball carrying position and footwork
Channels set up about shoulder width apart
Channel 1
- ball at 12 o’clock and feet must be inside the channel
Channel 2
- ball at 2/2:30 o’clock (outside the right foot and outside the markers) and feet inside channel
Channel 3
- ball at 9/10 o’clock (outside the left foot and channel) and feet inside the channel

Eggs on the basket (10 mins)
Aim of the game is to have the most balls in your station
One at a time players are able to leave their base to get a ball and bring it back to their base. Then next player goes.
Rules - no tackling
Progression 1- no stealing
Progression 2- can steal from other teams bases
Progression 3- different coloured balls equal more points

Numbers game (10 mins)
Players are numbered in their teams.
Teachers will call out a number, they will then play a 1v1.
when number called player must run around the back of the goals as shown above.
Progression 1- call out 2 numbers
Progression 2- uneven numbers
Call 2 numbers. The first the number of players Team 1 is allowed and second the number team 2 can have.
Ex- 3 & 1 (Team 1 puts 3 players into the game while team 2 is only allowed to put 1 player)
