Activity- 4v2 with keepers
1) Pinnes, nets, cones, balls .
2) Red team starts with posses attacks 4 v2 . Two blue defenders defend the middle of the field and cannot into outside conned off areas.
3) If blue wins ball then they can either jump right into the attack or be patient and go back to keeper to allow for flankers to get into attack. The two red flankers have to go back.
4) If the ball is played to the outside players in the defending zone the outside play must play back in without going over half.
5) The middle players will only switch if ball goes out. But if there is change of possession in the middle , the outside players are to jump in while play is going off.
6) If the ball goes completely out we start at the possession's team keeper. The team that loses possession the outside players must go back to line.
7) Start with CB,ATM HM in middle and fullbacks and wid mids outside.
8) Try switching them up to give a taste to all players in each position.

Small Sided Game 9 v 9
1) Pinnes, cones, balls, nets
2) Both teams player a 1-2-3-2
3) Two players on the Flanks that run up and down the field for the team with possession.
4)The two teams can only use the outside player when they have the ball.
5) If the flanking player receives the ball in the defensive end they must play back in and not carry over half.
6) In the attacking zone the flanking player can carry down the flank and either cross in or play in.
7) Can we play the ball from the inside to the fullback making the run into the attacking zone
8) Can we switch the ball from flank to flank
9) If the ball goes out we start from the team in possession's keeper
10) Medium to High Intensity

6) Progression would be anytime ball goes out off red , plays starts at blue keeper.
