Whole
Set-up:
-Begin with 3 zones of players (both teams set up in 3-3-2)
-Ball always begins with either GK, and you can not skip zones in the build up
-When team plays into an advanced 1/3 the player who passed it in can follow it into the zone (if given away he must drop into his normal zone right away)
-Object is to finish at goal
Teaching Points:
-Creating space with movement
-Playing into feet b/w lines, with the purpose of advancing the ball through zones into scoring chances
-How can we take up defensive positions when we give away the ball
-Successfully taking advantage of numerical superiorty in each zone

Objective: Improve triangularization, ball circulation, collective possession, attacking vertically with the ball in possession. Transition.
Equipment: Cones, balls, 3 colors, 11 players.
Organization: (2) teams of (4) players occupy positional lines. Defending team pinches and compacts field. Three neutral players occupy 5, 6, and 9 positionally). Team in posession looks to attack vertically. Team that wins the ball takes attacking positions in transition, and team that lost the ball pinches and defends compact.
Progression:
- Touch limit or minimum
- Can only switch on a turn.
- Can only switch by playing how you face.
- Score by getting ball to 9 and then back to 4-5.
- Score with number of passes.
Coaching Points:
- Use of front/forward/far foot.
- Ready body posture, hips open to field, and support angle.
- Weight and angle of pass.
- Eyes up and looking over field.
- Occupying different lines.
- Playing on defenders blind spot.
- Orientation of first touch.
- Play how you face to find 3rd man.
- Play outside when def is in, and inside when defense is out (if both are open, find interior passes that break lines).
- Skipping lines as a priority.
- Interchanging positionally *older players*
- Finding triangularization.
- Speed of play. Manage the tempo (fast and slow)
- Pressing ((Defensively))
- Transition speeds.
Positional interaction:
- 6 moving in opposite to find ball from 4-5.
- 2/3/6 not in same horizontal lines
- 9/10/8 move in opposite of 6.

SET UP: 15 Minutes *Rotate with Passing/movement*

INSTRUCTION:
Starting Point. Ball passed in to black team.
- When out of possession 3/4 players must be in the half where the ball is.
- If the attacking team score in the same side the ball starts they will score two.
COACHING POINTS:
Passes that skip lines to create bigger gaps (Weight and detail faster/harder).
Offer supporting depth/length (Passing lines behind the attack & between the oppositions new line.
Body positioning/orientation to be angled forwards.
Supporting attacking movement (3rd player runs/action)
Search & Scanning for detail to go forwards.
Passing weight - Does it allow for my teammate to move onto the ball. If it is to draw in a defender is it to the players front foot to play back

To work on building out the back with emphasis on skipping the lines

Coaching Points:
~ Can I play directly into CF (skip lines)?
~ Can I play forward to furthest CM?
~ Look for opportunties for up-back-thru
