Organization: Passing & Receiving / Warm Up - 20 min
6 Red & 6 Blue players - each on a cone around circle all of them with a ball.
6 yellow players in the center of circle check their run and present themself for a pass - choose surface that will settle ball with 1 touch and play it back to same player with 2nd touch.
Instructions:
* Head up aware of others players working in the circle
* Present surface to settle ball w/one touch and pass back w/a 2nd touch
Coaching Points:
Demand a quality pass of the proper weight
Communicate where you would like the pass -- "feet"
Actively looking at all players in area so you can identify where to play pass & go for next ball
Progressions:
*Only 1/2 of the players around circle have a ball & interior play must receive and play pass to another player on outside of circle that does not have a ball.

3v1 Keep away
Players should move to support the ball at good angles. Stop them to check for "triangles"
Play away from pressure
Keep the ball moving and all need to run off ball & present themselves as an option for teammates
Play two or three touch - settle then pass

The black team will possess the ball for 4 passes. After 4 the black team can play to the three waiting red players for a point. After they play the ball over the center to red, black will send two players into the red grid to defend and red will try to complete 4 passes and then send the ball back.
Coaching points. Play the open player away from pressure. Focus on the 1st touch and pass. Can the players find the forward/penetraing pass to the other team after 4 passes

Round 1 players must dribble over their endline to score.
Round 2 teams must pass the ball over the endline and the it must be controled for a point.
The objective is to use the whole field and attck the open space. If the defense closes one side quickly dribble or pass to the other side. Must play two touch and 1st touch must move ball away from pressure.
Coaching Point: Movement off the ball, vision & communication are key
