Stage 2 Handball
5v5 handball. Players use only their hands to try and move the ball up the field and into the endzone for a point. You are allowed 3 steps once you catch the ball, and you must catch the ball in the endzone to receive a point, you cannot run in with the ball in your hands. No contact with players is allowed at all, you can only try and block the pass.
This game is all about quick decisions and off the ball movement. The key to success in this game is moving after you pass, it teaches players to always be looking for space and that off the ball movement is the most important thing in soccer. The average pro spends about 7 minutes out of a 90 minute game with the ball at their feet, what you do when you don't have the ball is generally 90% of the game.

Stage 3 Scrimmage
Long scrimmage to end. Keep working on off the ball movement, keeping shape, and supporting runs. If any team scores a one touch goal(off the ball movement must be great to do so) that team will be awarded two goals instead of one.

Stage 1 (15 mins)
Warm Up (Fox Tail)
Fox Tail is a team game where players have pinnies tucked into the side of their shorts so it hangs on their hip like a tail, there will be 5 players with red pinnies and 5 with blue pinnies. The goal is to snatch all the pinnies from the other team with your hands, and the first team to get all the pinnies(fox tails) is the winner.
This game works on awareness, and 1v1 movement. You have to be constantly checking your shoulders and spacing yourself away from other players so your tail doesn't get pulled, and when someone is going after you then you must use decepetion and body feints to lose them.
