Organization:
- Set up area as shown using half of field.
- 2v2+2 (with GK)
- Defending players stay by the goal after every game.
- The two attackers rotate positions with the two nuetrals after every game.
Exercise:
- Orange team passes the ball to either of the white players.
- White team attempts to score in the two pug goals.
- Orange team tries to win the ball back and transition quickly to the main goal. Orange team can use the two nuetrals on the outside. Once the nuetrals receive the ball they are allowed to dribble into the area and play as normal.
Coaching Points:
- Same as above

- Compact shape/force wide
- Speed of attack/space/runs/through balls

Organization:
- Players split into three teams of four, GK in each goal
- Nuetral (CM) in middle zone
Exercise:
- Possession team plays ball to nuetral. They overlap and receive ball in other half and try and score.
- If they score, they get the ball and repeat.
- If defending team wins the ball, they transition and pass ball to nuetral, if sucessful, overlap and attempt to score in opposite goal.

- 9v9 or 11v11 if possible (if not reduce numbers)

Exercise 1 (10 mins)
Organization:
- Setup 30x30 area
- Players in pairs with one ball
Exercise:
- Players stand back to back inside with the ball in between their backs.
- When coach says "go" players seperate and play a 1v1.
- Players get 1 point every skill/move/turn they can do.
- If the ball goes out, other player dribbles ball in.
Coaching Points:
- Immediate pressure (toes, quick feet, shuffle, eyes on ball)

- When to be physical/aggressive/patient
