Description :
> Triangle Passing
> 10 yards between each cone.
> 1st Rep - player A passes ball to player B who looks to scan shoulder, move off the cone & open up body to receive the pass before passing to player C. Player C will pass the ball to player B who looks to scan shoulder, move off the cone & open up body to receive the pass before passing to player A
> 2nd Rep - player A passes to player B who sets player A so they can player a longer pass to player C who sets player B for a longer pass to player A. The players will reset and they go in the reverse order where player A passes to player C who sets player A so they can player a longer pass to player B who sets player C for a longer pass to player A.
Coaching Points :
> Weight of pass & touch.
> Movement off pole towards ball or away from ball.
> Communication as to where & when you want the ball.
> Head up to see when player as moved into space.

Organization:
3 teams of 3 players each
Team in the middle defends
Instructions:
Each team must stay in channel and try to penetrate with a pass through to the other team
Coaching Points:
1.Open body position
2. Accurate and firm passses
2. Looking to penetrate 1st and possess if not
4. Move the ball to create passing lanes
Progressions:
Allowing 1 player to go in the grid and defend

Instructions:
Players must score inside designated shooting zone (red cones)
The players will race without a defender and the first player to score gets the point. After the players understand to take a positive touch and drive to the net, add the defender as directed below.
1. Player A passes to player B who starts to dribble down to the other side for a shot wile player B attempts to steal the ball and shoot as well.
- After a shot from either player, player A becomes player B and player B collects their ball and joins the line as player A.
- To make the activity harder, move player B closer to A or move them away to make it easier for more attacking success.
Coaching Points:
a. Keep defender behind you (cut them off)
b. Positive Touch forward
c. Keep ball close and drive to the net

Organization:
-6 cones
-8 to 12 players divided into 2 groups
Description:
-player moves through the cones and runs on to a through ball to shoot on net
-players switch sides after 5-8 minutes
Progression:
-player dribbles the ball through the three cones and then shoots on goal
-left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low, etc...
-add a defender to create 1v1 situation
-players switch sides after 5-8 minutes
Key Coaching Points:
-body position & balance; eye on the ball; quality of preparation touch; contact surface

Description
Player will pass the ball across, the receiving player will then control the ball before diagonally dribbling towards the other line as illustrated. After passing the ball, the player will perform a dynamic movement instructed by the Coach. (2 balls going on at the same time)

After passing the ball, the player will perform a dynamic movement instructed by the Coach. Players can switch lines after and then start to have them spring after passing it back to their line after the dribble. (2 balls going on at the same time)
