Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Same Grid with pug goals or cones as mini goals.
-Split players evenly around the grid in positions.
-Red (defenders), blue (attackers), yellow (common).
Exercise:
-Goalkeeper serves ball to attacker (blue).
-2 of each position all come into the grid.
-Blue play with yellow to beat red and score.
-If red win the ball they counter attack and score with yellow.
-Play resets after goal or ball out of play then 2 more pairs go.
-Play 8 minutes then switch players groups.
-Do this so all do each role.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-50x30 pitches x2.
-Split players into teams of 7 (3 on each pitch).
-Red and blue inside with yellow acting as common on outside with 1 inside.
Exercise:
-Play 7v7+7 with team in posession being able to use the yellow team.
-Play 8-10 minute periods then switch teams around.

Organisation:
-30x15 grid (3 grids).
-4 stations with 3 poles.
-Split players evenly around the stations.
Exercise:
-Players pass ball to each other via station order.
-Player at station 4 takes the ball inbetween the poles and shoots at goal.
-Players rotate clockwise.
