1v3 set up multiple areas with one attacker vs 3 defenders 

the objective is to stay on the ball as long as possible. 

play 30-45 second rounds and then change the attacker. 

Players should look to find space using different changes of speed to evade defenders. Show bravery on the ball and willingness to take on players.

3v3. 

The team in white will attack against the yellow team. They will have a time limit or if a goal is scored the ball is then dead and the yellows will attack vs the black team. The wave practise will continue. 

-Players in possession should look to get ahead of the ball carrier 
-Diagonal runs or different movements to escape from the defender 
-Keep the ball travelling forwards 
-Recognise moments to score
