1 starts on the right the other on the left, this is so the two players that are passing the ball don't get in the way of each other when switching to the other side.
STEP 1. Pass and move.

STEP 2. Switch sides and the middle player passes the ball to the other player on the other side.

STEP 3. Once the player receives the ball, repeat the sequence. The middle player will pass the ball once he receives it back to the other player waiting on the side. This is a quick 1-2 pass.

STEP 4. The players need to sprint across the other side to be ready to receive the ball. Once the ball is passed to the middle player, the passer can sprint to his cone.

STEP 5. Sequence repeats itself.
