Defending Corners:
Set up for zonal defending. Top of 6 and penalty marker (in between)
If playing man marking everyone picks up man except (1) players: one on top of 6 and other on edge of 6.
-one player can go on Near or Far post.*
-Front two players go and cover short corner
-Player (9) are outlets (can use one of them in box in need extra players to mark
-GK directs/controls Box
Points:
-Go To ball.
-Timing/contact on mark
-Once ball lands, immediate pressure
-Ball leaves box means team pushes up
-Ball short means clear the posts
-Clear ball towards outlet players (far, wide, high)
-Look to counter after maintaining possession (w/ outlets)

Attacking Corners:
One player (outside back) is in corner (for short option)
Group of Runners top of box (opposite).
Runs to near, Far, and penalty spot (0), and one towards near post further out (1)
One player in front of GK (Fwd/tall player). Get onsides once ball played.
Backs organize players staying back (one more than them)

Option 1:
Runners start in 6 yrd Box around GK. On direction of palyer taking corner, ALL run to top of Box then run into Box to various areas (0) (1) from Previous.
-Another player makes late run to top of box when runners reach top. (2)
Emphasis areas:
Clear 1st Defender.
Make unpredictable.
Play short often.

Corner Game-
(7v7-11v11)
Field size based on numbers/ages.
Two Teams. All Balls in corners.
-ALL restarts are corners.
-Ball is in play on corner.
-Play until ball goes out.
-Play with Goalkicks as well (if goes out over endline).
Progression: Normal game with Set Pieces (free kicks, corners, throwins).

Warm UP
Warm Up:
Two Teams. Lined up on each 18 yd. box (each time).
Game: (after full warm up)
GKs come to center cirlce and play Rock/Paper/Scissors for who gets ball. They go back to goals and organize team for kick.
On coaches signal, both teams run around their own goal and come out for a free kick.
Coach will play ball out and whereever in lands is where the kick is from.
Play unitl ball goes out or goal.
Reload and continue again with GKs.
-Play to number of goals/Time limit.
Emphasis:
Set Up/organize.
Slow ball down (defending)
Play quickly (attacking)
Look at/Create options.
Decision making
