OBJECTIVE
Blue outer player dribbles shoot off end board, blue shooter runs in for a rebound

red outer player dribbles in shoots a rebound pass off end boards, red shooter runs in for the rebound
PROGRESSION 1
2nd red and blue shooter runs in for a 2nd rebound attempt if their is one
PROGRESSION 2
Blue and red shooters go at the same time and communicate who will shoot and who will get 2nd rebound

SET UP
Split team in half, one half at each end of the end boards with 1 player starting as a asser deep in the attacking zone where players dribble throough cone
2 goalies
3 cones on one side of boards (set up for a wall pass)
7 cones on the other side of the boards (spaced out 2 yards apart) enough space for players to dribble through.
OBJECTIVE
The side with 3 cones, players dribble towards cone, play an angle pass off the boards (1-2 wall pass) to themselves, receive the ball continue to dribble to the next cone repeat wall passes at every cone. Once in the attacking zone go in for a shot, get your rebound if you can.
The side with 7 cones, players dribble under control through series of cones once they reach the last cone they play a 1-2 with teammate at the end and finish with a shot.
