Description:
Red runs around cone at the same time as white. Reds aim is to get into the end zone with out being tagged.
Progression: Add a ball and player has to dribble into end zone.

Group split up into groups of 4
Description:
Player dribbles to mannequin and performs various moves selected by the coach. They then dribble to the back of the other line. Must go at the same time as partner and same direction (right or left).

Description:
Player dribbles to mannequin and performs various moves selected by the coach. They then beat the defender and attempt to score. A point for every goal scored, who can get the most?

Game 4 (10 mins)
Set up
Field divided into 8.
Description:
Each zone has a defender. Each zone starts with an attacker who has a ball. The aim is for red to visit as many zones as possible within the time limit. Defenders can not move out of their zone. When an attacker comes in they have to try and win the ball and keep the ball for as long as possible inside their square. If the ball goes out the attacker gets the ball back.
