Formation:
4v4 plus goalkeepers to make 5v5. Teams play in a diamond shape with a back, two wingers, and a forward. Players should rotate and play all positions equally over the season, including goalkeeper. When the team defenders, wingers drop back to create a 1-3 formation. When attacking, wingers move up to create a 3-1 formation.
