FULLLY OPPOSED:
Defender starts at the top of the box and sprints at the CM to press hard.
Defender tries to steal the ball. If succesfull, he/she dribble the ball across one of the sidelines closest to the goal.
CM receives, takes first touch out of feet in to the opposite direction
CM fakes with a Step Over or U Turn (can fake as many times as required to lose their man) and passes the ball into one of the small nets (wingers). This situation is similar to a CM losing his / her man in the middle of the field to switch the point of attack

FULLLY OPPOSED:
Blue Defender starts at the top of the yellow box and sprints at the CM to press hard.
Defender tries to steal the ball. If succesfull, he/she passes it into one of the two blue strikers at the bottom of the box.
CM starting position can be on the bottom blue cone or the middle purple cone. Two different starting positions similar to a real game situation. Blue cone has the CM starting underneath, while the purple cone has the CM starting in a square position. Each starting position forces the CM to show from a different angle.
CM receives, takes first touch out of feet away from opponent (open up, step to ball, open up and bring back to strong side etc.)
CM fakes with a Step Over or U Turn (can fake as many times as required to lose their man) and passes the ball into one of the wingers on left or right. (This situation is similar to a CM losing his / her man in the middle of the field to switch the point of attack)
Once the ball gets played into the winger, the Striker (#9) shows for the ball for a one touch pass by the winger. The striker receives with BACK TO GOAL and looks to beat his defender to shoot on goal.

Same as before, however, the blue defending CM has to run around the blue cone to track back, while the attacking CM joins the attack to create a 2v1 overload for 4 / 5 seconds. If the attack is to slow, the tracking defender is able to get back to create a 2v2 situation.
If the defenders win the ball back, they have to try to play into the blue attacking centre mids immediately for the counter attack.
The striker has the option to use his CM in the 2v1 overload or turn his man.

2 CM's in the middle play 1v1
2 wingers on either side of the box
Domination with out the ball:
1. start behind the eye line and show for the ball
2. start behind the eye line to run behind diagonally to break the line
3. double movement to show or go
4. play on the shoulder
Domination with the ball:
The CM on the ball is forced to receive the ball from many different angles
1. defender behind - pinning the defender to spin him/her
2. defender on side - open up to side by coming off defender to receive
3. defender in front - show into pocket and turn
Every time a player is able to play it out to a winger, they get a point.
If defending CM is able to steal it he/she attacks
Coach keeps balls on the outside and keeps feeding them in to keep a high tempo in case the ball goes out.
