3v1 Rondos with 2 boxes
2 Red player, Attacking Team, in one box, 2 Yellow players, Attacking Team, in another box and 2 Blue players, DF Team, in the centre circle.
Coach pass it to either of the Red or Yellow player and 1 Blue players press to get a ball.
A player from the opposite box goes to support to make a 3v1 situation.
After a few passes in the box, if there is an opportunity, you can pass it to the opposite box.
A Blue player in the centre circle can intercept if the ball goes through the circle.
A player who came from the other box must go back to the original box and a player from the other box must go to support to create 3v1 situation.
1 Blue players who was in the circle press to get a ball.
If DF team gets a ball or a ball is out of the area, a new ball comes in from Coach.
After 2~3 minutes, rotate the roles.

Progression
Introduction of transition.
For example, Attacking teams: Red and Yellow, DF team: Blue.
If Blue team gets a ball from a Red team or force them out of play, Blue team quickly passes to Yellow team and go into the opposite box. One of the Blue players goes to Yello's box to support to make a 4v2 situation.
Red team now becomes a DF team.

One touch short passing between the players.
To receive a pass, the player must go forward a few steps.
After passing, the players make a back steps until the other player pass it back.
2)
One player stay on the spot to receive and pass.
The other player make a turn and run a few steps after passing to the marker.
At the marker, the player make a turn to receive a pass.
Rotate the role after 1 minute.
3)
Same movement as 2) but this time the player standing still pick up a ball and serve it in the air to do a various kinds of passes or controls.
