Phase 1: 1vs 1s with transitions.
The player plays the ball across to start that game. Once the ball is shot, the player from the nearest goal starts right away attacking the opposing goal.
The main point is to finish the ball in under 5 seconds and transition to defend your own goal. Most goal wins.
*Optional, The losing team does some kind of strength endurance- Lunges/Startjumps/Burpees, The Winning team does half of that and or collects the equipment
Phase 2: Expand to 1 vs 1, then 2 vs 1. Player scores and then has to defend a 2 vs 1. After the 2vs 1 the player that shot the ball stays and defends

Now expand to big goals. The idea of this game is to expand from previous activity to this one and game-like situations, ex: bigger space, real spacing and pressure, shots on goal, lengthier recoveries, etc.
You can make certain restrictions for this game such as.
You have 6 seconds to score the 2 vs 1.
You can only do 2 passes between each other
Touch limit
Offsides
Shoot before the 18

Active Warmup (15 mins)
Phase 1:Simple foot skills to get the legs moving and have the ball moving at all times. After the ball is played, players are doing stretches/mobility designated by the coach
Phase 2: We incorporate the cones and hurdles after the ball is played to advance the movements and increase the tempo to about 70-80 %
Phase 3: We can manipulate the exercises by increasing difficulty based on the players' skill. Here we want to optimize dynamic movements and 90-95% exertion on each exercise to be ready for another - game like activity
Note: Activities and equipment may be tweaked as necessary. the idea here is to provide a proper warm-up of :
-Mobility
-High Twitch Muscle fibers
-Attention
-Reaction
-Feeling of the ball
