Quick Passes of 5 yards on the ground followed by Quick sprints to the next spot
1. 2 touches (Right foot / Left foot)
2. 1 touch (Right foot / Left foot)
3. 3 passes (Right foot / Left foot)
4. Chest to foot pass
5. Thigh to foot pass

Instructions:
Once Player C's have passed to each other they sprint diagonal
Once Player B and A have passed to each other, Player A does ladder training to the back of line C and B takes over A's spot
Every 2 minutes, the warm-up is stopped for a 30 second stretch and then start up again
Should never have a break in the play
Ladder Training:
Side Step, Two feet two feet out, 1 in 1 out, forward backward

The objective of the Drill:
Scanning the field off of the ball
Movement off the ball as a support option to the ball carrier
Make sure that your supporting angles are different from that of the ball carrier
Progressions:
If the overlapping player can 1 touch it to the other Yellow support player behind the red line (1pt)

Pulse Raiser 1: Support the play
Player 1 passes the ball to Player 2
Before the pass, Player 2 must draw the defender to area 1 followed by quick support back towards player 1
As Player 2 reaches area 1 and comes back to support, the ball is passed (Timing of run & pass important)
Player 2 receives the ball side-on with the front foot, and body open to see the field
Player 2 passes the ball after a 2 touch to player 3
***Each player follows their pass and the combination continues***
Coaching Points:
1. Draw the defender (Different tempo of run)
2. Support the player with the ball by coming back towards the ball
3. Scan the field and over your shoulder
4. Open up body upon reception to play the ball forward

Pulse Raiser 2: Supporting the play through a run
Player 1 passes the ball to Player 2
Before the pass, Player 2 must draw the defender to the area 1 followed by quick support to player 1 in area 2
As Player 2 reaches area 1 and comes back to support, the ball is passed (Timing of run & pass important)
Player 2 receives the ball side-on with the front foot, and body open to see the field
As soon as player arrives in area 2, player 1 changes their angle and run diagonal to the middle
Player 2 passes the ball after a 1 or 2 touch to player 1
Once Player 2 has passed the ball to player 1 who is supporting the play, he/she must sprint around the cone and turn inside towards area 5.

Pulse Raiser 3: Supporting the play with an overlapping run
Player 1 passes the ball to Player 2
Player 2 moves into the middle of the field and provides player 3 with a 2 touch pass
Player 2 then drops in behind player 3 to support him/her
Player 3 receives the ball with an open body to see the whole field and 2-touches the pass back to player 2
As player 2 is receiving the ball from the player with an open body to move forward, Player 1 is making an overlapping run around the post.
Player 2 passes the ball to player 1 who 1 touches the pass to player 4
(Rotation: Player 1 to player 2, Player 2 to Player 3, and player 3 to the back of the line of player 4)

Station A: (10 x 15)
Pair Juggling and control pass in the air or on the ground
1 player tosses the ball while the other passes back in the air or juggles and sends back a controlled pass
Station B: (15x15)
Rondo 4v2
A regular game of Rondo where the Blue team is keeping the ball away from the purple team.
If the Blue team kicks the ball out of bounce, the purple defence switches players
If the Purple team intercepts the ball, 2 Blue players switch and are now on Defence
