Game:
Players see who can score 20 goals the fastest in alternate goals.
Coaching points:
Keep the ball close, keep looking up to avoid collisions
No hands when retrieving ball from the net
Shoot hard
Progressions:
1 foot only
Shoot from halfway to score
Stop the ball on the goal line to score

Game:
Ask players what color is in each corner, then ask which fruit is each color
Without balls, players run to the fruit corner called by the coach
Coaching Points:
Keep ball close
Keep looking up now and then to avoid collisions
When fruit called, look up first, then head off in direction
Highlight turns when players execute them successfully
Progression:
Introduce balls, players must stand next to the correct fruit with their foot ontop of the ball
Coach increases frequency of fruit called e.g. halfway through aiming for one fruit, another is called
On command of 'Coach Fruit', players attempt to hit moving coach target

Game:
Players must stop the ball from going from the beach into the ocean (past the cones).
The coach roles the ball out towards the ocean. When the ball is retrieved, they turn and score
Coaching Points:
No hands
Try to get to the ball as fast as possible
Keep the ball close

Game:
Divide players into 2 teams. Number or name each player on one team. and the same names/numbers on opposite team. Call out the name (eg: Tigers) or number. Players battle for the ball, turn and score.
Coaching Points:
Listen for the coaches call
Run fast
Shield ball & turn
Quickly exit field after turn is over

Ladders/ZigZag/Score (5 mins)
Game:
Players run through ladders, 1 foot in each space round the end cone, then zig zag.
Coaching Points:
Look for specific foot and body movement: avoid touching ladders and cones.
Progressions:
Introduce high knees on the ladders, running jump, sharp Zig Zags
Introduce a ball to score. Coach resets the ball
Introduce a jump between the ladders and the zig zag
