Dribbling drill: divide players in four groups, each group by a cone. They will be facing a tall cone. Player needs to dribble the ball in one of the ways that coach asks (and show), and then make a turn before the cone (or going around like in the draw) and dribble the ball all the way back (or passing after the cone, like in the draw). Next player receives the ball and go.
They can dribble the ball:
- with laces
- inside-outside (two touches each)
- inside-outside (one touch each)
- right and left
- sole (sideways)
Each dribbling way we will use 2 minutes and then move to the next one.
Obs: remember that use both feet to dribble (specially with the younger ages).
Obs2: to make it more fun and challenging, coach can make a race: each line needs to do it twice (three, four times, up to the coach) and sit down. The first team to get it done, doing the right move gets +1 point or it's safe for the "extra work" (extra work can be as silly as "I'm a pink flufy star" to some Jumping jacks, or footwork (toe taps, tic tocs, scissors, etc).
Time: 18-20 min

1v1: one team always starts with the ball. They dribble the ball straight going towards the two orange cones. At the same time, one defender from the opposite line will sprint to become a defender. The attacking player needs to "trick" the defender and try to score in one of the two small nets. When the striker has the ball in front of the two orange cones, the defender needs to stay in their side, not being allowed to steal the ball. As soon the striker dribbles the ball out of the cones, the defender can try to steal it.
+1 point for each goal.
If the defender steal the ball, they can dribble it through the middle gate. If they do it, they get +1 point for their team.
Team with more points wins in the end.
Each round takes 2-3 minutes.
Each team will attack 2,3 rounds.
Time: 12-18 min depending on how many rounds they will play.
Coaching points: dribble the ball and change your directions quick!; the defender is coming towards that net, what can you do to score an easier goal?; What part of your foot you will use for the straight dribble? What about when you will try to change your directions? Can we use more the one?

Small sided game: two teams playing against each other. Regular rules, except that we will not do throw ins. Every time the ball goes out by the sideline, players need to put the ball back by dribbling it in. To make this work, coach will ask the opposite players to give more space, making this easier to happen.

Warm Up
Warm up: The Casemiro's game: Casemiro is an amazing midfielder. He always steal the balls and connect plays right after it.
In this game, Casemiro will be the defender, the player without a ball. All the other players will have a ball. The defender, needs to chase the other players, steal the ball and try to connect a play by scoring in one of the two small nets. If the defender, Casemiro, score it, the player that lost the ball, become a new defender helping the first one. Wins the last player standing on the game with a ball.
Obs: if Casemiro steal the ball, the players can try to get it back. They are only out (become a new defender) when Casemiro scores in one of the nets.
Time:10-12 min
Coaching points: we can start using the last session content: the defender is coming, what can we do to keep the ball safe? Can we use some of the turns that we had worked last session? Can we shield the ball to protect it?
