Red player pass the ball to blue player, blue player bounce the ball and play 2v1.
To score, a player need to stop the ball in the end zone shown in the red lines.
To score they have to do wall pass.
First time the blue player can not tackle, the blue player need to block the pass line
Every time the defender will be change. So red will play in middle, blue goes bottom and yellow goes top.

2v2 or 2v2+1

THE SESSION:
- Place cones along the end line, spacing them apart . A goal is scored by knocking a cone down with a pass.
- Once the cone is down, it stays down and the team must go about knocking the remaining cones over. Once a team has knocked down every cone they win.
PROGRESSIONS:
- Change angles/distances/size of cones (make central cones harder to come by)
- If a player misses a pass into cone they can face forfeit i.e. off for 1 minute or complete activity before they return

PASSING AND RECEIVEING CIRCLE (10 mins)
THE SESSION:
Players work in 3s or adapt to numbers you have. 1 ball between 3. All groups play in same area at the same time. Middle player receives from outside and plays out to other teammate. Repeat for set amount of time before swapping players.

PROGRESSION:
1.Build in movement on outside after pass.
2. player turns on outside when he/she wants, trigger for other two players to rotate positions
3. Player in middle sets back to player on outside to play longer pass to teammate.
4. Play in-go in play out- go out (adapt with number of players)
5. free play (players decide what they do and rotate as and when desired)
