Field A: Dribble the ball into the square and then pass to the next player in line. After passing, run to the back of that line or do a dynamic warm-up movement.
Field B: Players will run into the box to receive a pass from the player across from them. After receiving the pass they will pass it back to their original line. Players will remain in the same line and continue to receive on the turn and back to where they came from. You can change it and have the player run to the opposite side.
Field C: Competition Time - Teams will now compete to get the most points. Teams are made up of players on the same side. The first player will pass the ball through the box for one point and another point if it also goes through the gate on other side. 2 touch maximum (one to control and another to pass) Possible two point per pass. After passing the ball, they go to the back on the same line. 45 second challenge

Organization:
See above diagram
Instructions:
Create three teams where by the team in the middle will be defending. They need to have one more gate than players in the middle. The two teams on the outside work together to keep the ball by passing it back and fourth between each other. To score a point, they need to pass the ball through the shaded gate to the other team on the other side. If the ball does doesn't go through the gate the play continues and no points are awarded. Team in the middle gets a point for every interception they make. Rotate the team after 4 minutes.
To start, all players need to stay in their assigned grids.
Progressions:
1. The team that lost the ball become the defenders.
2. 1 player can go and put pressure in the other grid.
3. The player in possession can dribble across into the other grid for 2 points. When that player dribbles across, a player needs to drop and cover for them to restore balance in numbers.
Coaching Points:1.Open body position
2. Accurate and firm passes
3. Looking to penetrate 1st and possess if not
