- Fitness exercises
Exercise 1
Player 1 dribbles the ball to the cone, completes 20 toe taps the sprints to the other side. Player 2 sprint to the middle cone, completes 20 toe taps the dribbles the ball to player 3. Player completes the same as player 1 and so on.
7 minutes groups of 4-5
Exercise 2
Player 1 starts in the middle. Player 2 sprints into the blue cone and receives a pass. Player 1 spins and sprints to the opposite line. Player 2 moves in to the middle and Player 3 sprints in after player 1 gets to the line.
7 minutes groups of 4-5 players.
