Organization
Player A (white) starts with the ball and passes into player B, who checks back to recieve. Defender (black) comes out to make a 2v1 to goal.
Progressions
- Change roles & starting positions
- Set up from opposite side
Coaching Points
- Timing of movement back to recieve (player B)
- Positive first touch, attacking the space/defender immediately
- Movement and support run/position (player A)

Organization
Players set up as shown.
Player A starts with the ball and passes to B. Player B passes quickley into C under pressure from the defender. Player B joins to form a 2v1 to goal. Players follow their pass, player B becomes the new striker, and a new ball starts from the opposite side.
Progressions/Options
1) The attacker should be encouraged to turn and shoot as 1st option where possible
2) Play back to player B to create a 2v1
*Start with the defender being able to win the ball only after 1st touch
**Progress to full pressure

Accuracy of finish, in corners away from keeper, through keepers legs etc

Two 20x10, Two 3 Yard Gates in the middle
Organization
Player 1 starts with the ball and dribbles forward at speed. Judging the angle the player must pass through the gate to player 2 and joins the opposite line. The sequence continues. Introduce two balls.
Progressions
Player now dribbles past the gate, performs a sharp turn before playing back through the gate.
Coaching Points
Encourage pass with correct angle and weight
Players should be encouraged to receive/collect the ball on the move
