We make 5 groups of 3 players.
1 player at point A, 1 at B, & 1 at C.
player A passes the ball to player B, as soon as the pass is made C has to press on B.
Player B makes a return pass to A. During this move player C retracts backracking.
continue the same for sometime.
Change player positions after every few rounds.
Add intercepting the ball after sometime.

Divide players into 2 teams.
One team will attack and one will defend.
As shown, player A will pass the ball to his teammate player B facing him. as soon as the pass is made, player C( opponent defender) will press on B.
Now player B has a choice of either playing a back pass or turn and finish.
As a defender we would want the attacker to make a back pass, but if he tries to turn we intercept and win the ball or clear.
Defender can even intercept the ball if the weight of the pass is slow or bad touch by the striker.
Rotate the players accordingly.
change the team roles after sometime.

We play a conditional game of 5 v 5 plus GK.
3 players in defensive zone, 2 players in attacking zone for both the teams.
Team with the possession can only from the attacking zone i.e. only the strikers can score.
Defenders have to make the striker receiving play the back pass, if they try to turn they can tackle & intercept the ball.
Defender can even intercept the ball if the weight of the pass is slow or bad touch by the striker.
later on add that one of the defender can join in the attack when the ball is in the attacking zone.
