Panna style 2v2 (10 minutes max)
Players work in twos. With waiting players on the sidelines ready to come on a replace the losing team.
Games are split into 30 seconds, with points scored as follows:
- keep possession in attacking half for 5 seconds (1 point)
- goal (2 points)
- nutmeg 'Panna' (automatic win)
Losing team goes off. Draw, both teams go off.
If 20 players. 10 on each pitch, 5 at each end, rotation is every 45 seconds, work is 30 seconds, work rest is 1:1.5

- wallsit
- leg raises
- circles
- cross legs
- bums up
- holds (slow raises)
- pair back sits. Lower and upper walks.

4v4 (4 teams)
'Keepers always stay in goal. Ball out, not allowed to go back. No overheads, or freekick.
Always one person in attacking half (allows 4v3 overload in attack).

Simple warm up - possession based exercise (6-10 minutes)
Two pitches operating side by side. Each pitch is halved off. Each player is given a number, that number, when called, oresses the oppositions box.
Change to instead of number, nearest player presses. Movement should occur naturally.
