Warm Up (10 mins)

Warm Up - 3 lines 10 Metres long, cones every 2 Metres.

Jog across the field and return to the start - super slow

Easy jog 10 M - 60% (backpedal to start)

Medium jog 10 M -75% (backpedal to start)

Fast jog 10 M - 90% (backpedal to start)

Note: Next sets done to 10 M mark

Open the gate - Return close the gate X 2

Heels up to bum - Return Knees up waist X 2

Side shuffle down - Return side shuffle *face the same way both times X 2

FIgure 4 glute stretch - Return with crossover calf stretch

Quad stretch - Return with “world’s greatest”

Kareoke out n back X 2

Sprint 2 cones up, back pedal 1 back - Return with jump headers

Easy build up over 10 M and return at 50%, turn sprint to 10 M, light Jog return to end.

Easy build up over 10 M and return at 50%, turn sprint to 10 M, Long stride walk return.
