7v3 to Multiple Goals

Play 7v3 in 20x15 grid with four mini-goals

Whites look to keep possession away from Reds. If Reds win, they can immediately go to any of the four outside goal.

CPs: Recognize and utilize transitional moments, keep the ball even when under pressure, composure combined with intensity (poet and warrior)

Set up as shown going to two goals. Adjust as necessary.

Pass/Finish and follow

Option #1 (Whites along bottom of screen)

1 - Pass from endline to central player who receives on half turn.

2 - Central player passes through gap to onrunning wide player

3 - Wide player looks to finish

Option #2 (Reds along top of screen)

1 - Pass from endline to central player who receives on half turn

2 - Wide player checks to ball to receive pass from central player.

3 - Wide player sets/lays off ball and pulls out wide

4 - Central player receives and plays through gap for wide player to run onto

5 - Wide player looks to finish

Be creative in variations.

CPs: Sharp and accurate passing, purposeful movement, finish high near post or low far

Note: Good opportunity for GKs to see a number of 1v1 or 50/50 chances
