- Defenders and Neutral Players are free to move, while Attackers must remain/return to their grid. (Attackers returning to their grid should resemble moving into attacking shape)
- Play 7 minutes, rotating keepers each game.

- Look for Big Switch/Diagonal after committing the press
- Must switch point quickly
