Players divided in to groups of 8-10
5 -4 on each side of the Weave, 10 Cones, 5 yellow and 5 red 10 meters appart.
Players run forward to plant both feet past the first cone. Run diaginaly backwards to plant both feet on the next same coloured cone. and proceed accross the Grid. The other group will do the same just in the opposit direction 10 min.
