Method:
Blindside Run.
A blindside run happens when an attacking player makes a run out of the line of sight of the defender.
The starting position of the attacking player looking to make this type run should be a position where the defending player CANNOT see both the ball and the attacker.

Method:
Third Man Run.
A third man run refers to the movement made by the third player in a phase of play.
The first phase will draw defensive pressure creating space for the third man to run into.
The third man run should take the team out of pressure.
this type run can happen in any area of the pitch.

Overlap and Underlap.
An overlapping run happens when a player runs on the OUTSIDE of the player on the ball.
An Underlapping run happens when a player makes a run on the INSIDE of the player on the ball.
Both can happen in any area of the pitch, most common will be the wide areas with the LAM/RAM and Fullback.
