8 - 10 players - can scale, one team will have will have an overload (10 players would involve two teams of 4, with one team able to use the goalkeepers which will be 6v4 overload)
1 team (yellow bibs) - possession team, keep the ball using the goalkeepers / target players.
Other team (red bibs) if they win ball back, they can score in either goal. If they score they become the team in possession (using the target players / goalkeepers) - Scoring earns you possession, and that team that wins possession tries to keep possession to the end of the 6 minute game.

Unopposed (15 mins)
This practice is designed to develop the ability of the players to use high tempo passing to patiently build openings and play pin-point through balls for attackers to link up with.
Team in possession have to try and pass the ball around their groups to move the opposing team around to create gaps by using quick passing. When a gap is formed a forward ball is to be played to the players in the "end zones" whom then need to combine with a maximum of 2 touches and 1 touch to finish.
Initially, the team not in possession are not to leave their area and are to use movement to try and intercept. but can progress to sending 1 player in to defend the goal.
Ball has to stay on the floor / knee height.
Team that scores get to start in possession.
COACHING POINTS
* Quick passing and close control to move defenders around, create gaps & break lines.
* Make sure weight and angle of passes offer best chance for a team-mate to play a quick through-ball. (The ball should stay low)
* Off the ball scanning for gaps so you can play the through-ball quickly when the ball arrives.
* Disguise through-balls & position body effectively. (Can you move onto the ball?)
* Challenges decision making (including transitions), communication & team-work.
* Attackers should be constantly on their toes, finding the gaps & anticipating a through-ball.
* 1st attacker should angle their body towards the 2nd attacker to make the lay off quicker & more accurate. 2nd attacker should angle their body towards the goal for a 1 touch finish.
* Can attackers link up effectively & move in coordination?
* Defensively, teams need to close gaps & put pressure on attackers quickly.
Simplify
More attackers and less blocking defenders.
More goals and touches allowed.
No / Less recovering defenders.
Make it more challenging.
Defenders can put pressure on attackers (1 at a time) can the attacking team exploit any gaps
