12 ball - 6v4+GK (15 mins)
12 ball - 6v4+GK to big goal inside the 18 box.
Black have 12 balls to play to try and score by creating Individual solutions and combination play to create shooting opportunities.
Red + GK are trying to deny all 12 balls and disrupt and clear balls out of 18.
Each round is over after the 18 balls are gone. Play 3 rounds before water breaks - whomever wins the three round series gets a point. Play as many 3 round series as fits into 18 minutes and see who the 12 ball champs are?
2 stations going simultaneously. Other one at the half way line. Keep changing composition of your team after each round (2 players switch out for black - 2 players switch out for Red!)

3 team transition with perm attackers (25 mins)
Half Field Space - 2 big Goals - 6 yard transition zone at the middle of the space
3 teams of 6 players
2 permanent attackers stationed in each attacking area. (Offside is in Play)
Attacking Team breaks out of defensive phase by making the transition zone then attacks the waiting team 7v5+GK
If waiting Defending Teams denies goal and attains possession - attempts to break out into transition zone (permanent attacker cannot help break out)
If pressing team wins the ball - permanent attacker re-engages for whole group to go to goal
Prog to facilitate attacking group: *In transition 1 defender must stay up in transition zone & can be marked by waiting defending team. Can join if their team gain possession
