Rondo: Kabadi pairs

Essence: To work on possession in a tight space

Structure: 4v1 possession in a tight space, players working in pairs. When the chaser (purple) turns over possession they look to move into the new adjacent box, with a player from the pair who lost possession becoming the chaser. 

On turnovers, pairs can look to press after loss to deny transition into the adjacent box
