Place one cone in center of the goal
Keeper will do 2 sets of 6 of each of the progressions
- One set to cone and back, One set to post and back;
Keeper starts on the post. Keeper shuffles to cone and back to post. Coach strikes ball to keeper (Volley).

Progression-Contour catch (Chest Height)-Basket Catch (Stomach Height) -Low Basket /Smother (Ground Height)

Set up three cones in the middle of the goal, one yard off the goal line.
Keeper should start on one side of the cones. 6 reps per side.
Keeper should work through the cones (Shuffle, High Knees, Zig Zag etc.) Upon getting through the cones, Collapse dive back to the middle and the coach tosses the ball.

Keeper should start on the post. Keeper shuffles to the cone. Coach shoots the ball near post as the keeper dives low for the save.

Coach crosses the ball from the touch line. Keeper makes the save and at speed, distributes the ball out wide to their partner (Throwing)

Throwing
Keepers will stand on the edge of the goal area (6 yard box)
-Keepers will throw the ball back and forth working on Contour catches (chest), Basket Catches (stomach) and Low Basket/Smother (Ground height)
-Keepers will throw with one bounce in between
-Keepers will roll/bowl the ball back and forth. Partner will stay on their feet and bend at the waist to get the ball, focusing on good hands. (Do not go to a knee to scoop the ball)
-Keepers will throw the ball in the air. Partner will come forward to catch the ball in the air at its highest point. Keeper should have arms slightly bent and in front while catching.
-Keepers can have one knee up if needed to help with momentum in jumping higher or if they feel comfortable with protection in games.
Progression:
Keepers will move to the opposite ends of the penalty area (Penalty box). Keepers will practice long balls (Chipping, Driven Balls (Instep) and CHipping)
