Dynamic warm up:
Exercises are performed between the blue cones, between red ans blue cones is a jog. All exercises perofrmed twice.

Passing Cross.
Setup: 4 cones 10 to 12 yards apart in a cross.
Atleast 6 plyers with a min of 2 players at the start cone.
Drill lasts for 3 mins then change direction.

Posession:
squad split into 3 even teams, using an area of 25 x 35 yards.
2 teams work in the middle of the square to keep posession and can use any of the players on the out side square as support.
Swap the teams round every 2 mins.
