Description
Aim - To improve the childrens dribbling ability at a basic standard.
Objectives (1) Firstly to get the chidren to understand the importance of scaning to find space when dribbling,
(2) Secondly to show the children through demostrations to take smaller touches when dribbling to control the ball better
(3) Lastly to ask the children questions to get them to give me the answer.
Equipment - 30 footballs (size 4) 20 cones (5 red,5 blue,5 yellow,5 green) 2 benches

Technical Practice (10 mins)
Organizational / Instructions
Shark Attack
-Each Player has a ball and will dribble about area
- One player doesnt have a ball and is the shark
- Shark runs around the area waiting on the coach to shout shark attack
- When shark attack is shouted the shark will run into the area trying to kick as many balls out the area as possible
-If ball gets kicks out, collect ball and sit at the side
-Play untill a winner

-Keep touches small to control the ball
-Use both inside and outside offeet
-Use Left and Right foot
-Small touches to keep control of the ball
-Scan to look for space
-Change direction to get away from sharks

Fun Game (10 mins)
Organizational / Instructions
Super Market Crash
- 4 Team with a ball in each group
- Aim is to collect as many cones as possible
- 1 player from each team will dribble up to the cones and collect 1 cone
- Player will dribble back to their group with the cone and will give the ball to the next player in the group

-Use both inside and outside offeet
-Use Left and Right foot
-Small touches to keep control of the ball
-Scan to look for space

-Can steal from other groups when middle is empty

-Player claps when ball is not thrown to them theyre put - sit down when out
