Cones in triangular formations. 7 yards apart
15 minutes.
Instructions:
1- ball will be passes to player and player will move to where ball has been passed.
2. Player 1 will pass to player 2 and player 2 will pass back to player 1 and player 1 will pass back to player 2 and player 2 will send through ball to player 3. Player three will pass to new player 1.
3. All three player will give pass, recieve pass, give pass back and then give through ball.
