- Players begin where the Orange cone is.
- Start off with a sprint then a jog then a walk. This is continious until they reach the finish.
- When players finish the course, they walk to where they began and then they have a 30 second rest and then go again.
- This needs to be done 3 times in 1 set. 3 Sets should be completed.
-After Completing a set, they players have a 3 minutes rest before there next set begins.
- The players should aim to complete 1 set in less than 7 Minutes.

- Working for 10 minutes without rest.
- Split players evenly on to the 6 poles on the pitch
- Each group to sprint clockwise to the next group.
-The next group is not to start until the other group has got to there station.
- This is to be done at a sprint

- Creat 4 small pitches in each corner of the pitch.
- Split the players evenly into teams depending on numbers at training.
- 4 games being played at the same time.
- Make the pitches small so players have more touches of the ball
-When the coach blows his whistle, every team on each pitch sprints to the other pitch as quickly as they can.
-The teams leave the balls on the pitch before sprinting.
-This is to happen for 3x6min sets with a minute rest inbetween.

To being the session, send the players on a few laps around the pitch to warm up. Give one player the responsibility to take control of the warm up and the stretching. (7 Mins)
