Players Line up behind each other at the start line

On the GO they 1 player from each team races to the tyre and collects a ball

They then race to the small cones with the ball

Place the ball onn the cone and race back to the start line

Then the next player goes

The race can continue with players racing to the cones and bringing the ball back to the tyre
