SETUP: 4 cones, 1 ball, 5 players minimum, 2 different sized triangles
AREA SIZE: Triangle sizes would differ, have a small triangle for short sharp passing & a bigger one for more accurate long passing.

EXPLANATION: Player 1 plays pass to player 2, Player 2 returns the ball to player 1. Player 1 passes to player 3 & takes player 3 place.. Player 3 passes to player 4 & then takes player 2 place. Player 4 passes to player 2. Player 2 returns the ball to player 4. Player 2 then takes Player 4 place. Player 4 passes to player 1 & goes to back start.

PROGRESSIONS: Swap teams over so players are doing short sharp for 5 minutes, then longer more accurate passing for 5 minutes. Vice versa. Change direction of drill
