passing technique, as diagram shows, players to stand on cones, outside player passes in and follows the pass, when outside cone is free a waiting player fills in the gap. players to make eye contact, play in the half turn, think about which part of the foot used to control, on reciving the ball think about angle of approach, standing foot next to ball and pass through the middle of the ball then follow through with kicking foot.

skill, possession based drill, 5 v 3 reds v blues, all the technical elements should be remembered and attempted to be replicated. players score a point by making 5 continuous passes without losing the ball if the ball is won by a blue player that player can score by running the ball through on of the 4 gates positioned as shown in diagram. once scored the ball returns to the red team and the game continues. players should swap teams every 2 minutes.

ssg, 4v4 or 5v5 ssg, players to have open/free play, goals are scored by passing to a player on your team through the gates opposite your starting position, ball can not be shot or run through and have to be passed. if one team scores they retain possession and attack the 2 goals opposite.
