Passing with outside of foot to disguise
Now in groups of 4-6, set up cones 3 yards apart for each pair. Example of one group in picture.
Player 1 dribbles forward toward cone, passes ball with the outside of the front foot to disguise the pass. After passing, player sprints around line and chases other player attempting to tag. Player 2 receives and repeats. Work for 1 minute then rotate to passing with the other foot.
Coaching points:
1. Disguise pass with a quick short punch with the outside of the foot. Do not open hips up.
2. dribbling at speed while under control

After 1 minute, switch who starts with the ball.
