Set Up
Pitch is divided into thirds. The pitch also includes a half way line. In order for the team in possession to score all players must be into the attacking half
Each third is allocated an amount of points. When the defending team wins possession their aim is to counter and score. If they win possession in the 5 point area and score the goal = 5 points. Middle 3rd = 2points, attacking 3rd = 1 point.
Challenges
1. Try to support the attack by being in front of the ball.
2. Try to change the speed of the attack with a 1st time pass
Key Points
* Secure Possession / Play a safe pass
* 1st time passes (if possible)
* Support - Types of runs and angles of support
* Breaking lines - with a pass, dribble or run
* Disguise - passes and runs
* Finishing - type of finishes, accuracy and power

Small sided game, both teams playing 1-4-3-1.
Pitch markings of thirds and half way line. Points scoring as previous game and use of half way line to move as a team.
Challenge and Key Points as previous session.
Additional challenge -
* Can the attacking team score within 10 seconds.
